How can I get my chalkboard really clean?

To maintain a good-looking chalkboard you need to ensure it is clean and free from chalk shadows. A chalkboard display covered in smudges and shadows will give out a negative image of your establishment. However, a clean and well-maintained chalkboard suggests a clean and well-maintained premises, in the mind of any potential customers!

Of course, our chalkboard pens are designed not to smudge, or to be easily wiped off, but most marks made by chalkboard pens or chalks can be removed by simply wiping the chalkboard gently with a damp cloth. For more stubborn marks or shadows left by chalkboard pens, we recommend that you use Mr Muscle chalkboard cleaner, available from our website. Do not use abrasive cloths or cleaners as they will damage the surface of your chalkboard.
