We are just starting out in the bar trade - what is the bare minimum amount of bar equipment we require?

For any bar we would recommend you had at least the following items of equipment:-

• Bottle opener/corkscrew/waiter's friend
• Spirit measures, optics and brackets
• Drip trays
• Ice buckets
• Cocktail shaker
• Chopping board (with a sharp knife)
• Jugs and glasses
• Display stands (amount required depends on size and type of establishment)
• Licensee name plate, bar tariff boards, and statutory signs (required by law)
• Ice crusher
• Wine cooler/wine bucket
• Towels and bar runners (which we can supply with branding - contact us with your requirements)
